From a young age I knew it was a challenge I wanted to conquer. They have consistently pushed me past my limits. We can want and want, but in life there are no guarantees. Happiness is all I could want and hope for in life.
Ever since I was young, this is what I wanted. The results from the test go hand in hand with me valuing my friends and family the most. The quiz showed me that the things that I value most are: altruism, income and prestige. By me going to college, for one, is not only helping out my future but I am also setting an example for my younger relatives because I am the first generation to go to college, and by them seeing me in college can inspire them to follow their dreams.
I am not surprised, however to see the current results. In my younger days, I lacked enough motivation to make my dreams come true or to alter the dream that was placed upon me versus one that was from my heart. It is easy to assume that others may have your best interest at heart, especially if they are trusted and respected. This sometimes can be the furthest thing from the truth. Those who work hard get what they deserve.
Fear for failure is what motivates for success. All I can hope for is to be pushed hard enough and often enough to make it where I want to go. But goals is not for just hoping to achieve.
